2) In order to get really big, you have to eat a super-high-calorie diet

3) A Calorie is a Calorie

4) If you eat a low-fat diet, it doesn't matter how many calories you take in.

5) Derek punching a guy and knocking him out with one hit

6) The more you work out, the more you'll grow
