I've taken 5 or 6 bottles of Dianabol in my career. I didn't take anything for over the first 11 years. Tried Dianbol three times and got a bit bigger a bit stronger. I wish I could say I never took anything. I haven't taken any anabolics, drugs or supplements since 1977. That is 30 years ago.

It is easy to be a hero when being an anonymous big mouth like so many wannabes on Getbig are.

The ironical thing is that even Dianabol was difficult to get in Australia unless you knew some doctor or pharmacist. I have never sold any drugs to anyone. A few guys have sold steroids in my gym or at least out in the parking lot. I usually never knew who was doing that until long after they were gone. Like I said, the bodybuilders are a closed society and help each other and so on. Everyone is very quiet about drugs since it is an offence to possess and sell them.

I won Mr Canada in 1970.

Hey, Stavios, I look pretty good for a guy who will be 65 in September. Have a look at the guys out there who are over 50. I will try to get in reasonable shape for my 65th. Now what is stopping you from putting 2 inches on your calves? I believe I can get bigger arms than I had in that photo above. No drugs, no supplements.

here is a pic of my friend Rejean who is 63 ( I think he is 64 now ? :o)
