drink water whilst doing cardio??

do u drink water when doing cardio?
tried without  it and it was diff, think its poss that the body is forced to release water from the tri glycerides aka fat instead thus helpdown the breakdown of fat if u dont dink water?
need some experts on this discuss

body needs water to metabolize fat. everything will work more efficiently in the presence of enough water

Water intake does not affect fat metabolism.  If anything you risk being dehydrated if you do cardio for too long and you are sweating up a storm.  You can possibly cramp up and over time if you do this a lot develop stones in your kidneys.

Drink water, it helps you stay healthy.

What is with all the complicated shit? Drink water when you do your cardio, so you do not pass out from dehydration. Pounding gallons of water is not going to magically get you ripped.
