Silvio's waist was pretty damn small ( he had a gut BEFORE working with Milos )

Gustavo's waist was at his smallest ever when working with Milos

Dim has an extremely tiny waist

Hide's waist isn't big at all

Frank is making a wise move. Milos' legs are among the greatest if not the greatest to me. His shape and definition in second to none.

Milos is not known for building back.. He's known for building massive quads, performing 3243 reps of arm exercises and grow 20 years older in 3 years before the entire friendship ends..

Ask Charles Glass for back workout like what he did for Gunter in 2002 and Flex in his great years..

Doesn't matter. Milos leg development is due to genetics. Tom Platz can take someone under his wing and train legs with them for a full year and it's extremely unlikely that person will have anything close to the development that Platz has.

There is a different level of pain one must go threw to get gigantic legs. Tom can teach that so can Milos.
