That guy helping him was funny.  See his face when ronnie just drops the weights on the ground.  He knows he has to carry or roll them over to the rack.  It was great that the owner mentioned the gym in Hawaii with the 300's.  That was The Gym owned by Mike Sapp.  Those db's were awesome.  Ronnie did 12 reps doing rows with them when he was here.

At my old hardcore gym, we'd throw people out for doing shit like that. They got ONE warning, and that was it.

Not anymore...that was back when he was on the Nitro Tech/Cell Tech stack...He had to cycle off for a couple years to give his liver a break....and look what happened....now he looks like shit.

exactly. it's funny how in the "the unbelievable" when ronnie had only 2 sandows and he's still trying to become one of the greatest he pulls the 200s off the floor before shrugging and loads all his weights himself, but by the time "relentless" rolls around he turns into a fuckin diva and some kid has to lift everything off the floor for him for every damn set, and he can't even bother to put the DBs back on the damn bench.
