Bodybuilding has nothing to do with health, fitness, performance or any other of the legitimate concerns of true sport and competition.  Sal Marinello is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer, a U.S.A. Weightlifting Certified Coach, a full-time, private Professional Strength and Conditioning Coach, an assistant football coach and a Head Strength Coach for a suburban New Jersey High School. He writes a lot and has no free time.



Sal sounds very bitter and hurt by bodybuilders, this isnt an article, its an opinion.

Perhaps Sal needs free time to get out more, and write less.

And stop blaming his lack of pussy and latent onset homosexuality on bbers.
