Nah, I think there's a funny-looking formerly fatass american with a buzzcut who rides his Segway there to work out.

Yeah the friggen barber fucked up (she went "oops!") -- I have a nice stripe on my right side above my ear  ::). So it's hella shorter than normal. Sux.

Legs were tonight. Yeah, tough. I can see how people would puke. I'll post pics once I figure out my dvd-rom drive...

garraeth - to be honest, based on what TA said about you, when I saw your pictures I had expected a fat fuck.  You look reasonably lean to me.  Is the moral here that TA has lost his credibility?  :-\

haha, evil.

Here's me contemplating my next multi-million $$ website...cuz, ya know, the leg workout was so easy my mind drifted.

 ;D

Are you suggesting that you make much more money than TA and still have enough free time to walk around like you are perpetually on vacation?  ;D

Overall it was a really good workout. As have been all of them.

Not as many individual exercises as arms, but quick (nonstop) between exercises and very intense -- all of these are all the way down, on your tip-toes, and super slow...the 1 exception is the last hacksquats:
-----warmup------
--20 leg curls
--20 leg presses
each twice

--------did this 2x------
--smith machine squats w/ legs waaaay out front
--smith machine squats where you sit (not rest) on the bench
--lunges over to the leg curl machine
--leg curls
--leg presses
-------end 2x-------

*rest*

--leg presses
--hacksquats/sissysquats - in hacksquat machine where your pelvis is super high throughout the motion
--hacksquats - feet pointed out
--hacksquats - feet pointed in

*rest*

finally:
--hacksquats super slow and pausing every inch, both on the way up and down

I like  ;D

Good luck walking on sunday, monday...tuesday... ;)

hey Milos do you guys ever have a heavy straight set workout as a shock workout and what are the results usually? do your clients notice that they are stronger than they were?

Off course we do straight sets sometimes...but close to competition period it is more than likely that I'll choose MORE intense way to train (everything depends on situation, demand, particular reason...or need for one or more of my athletes...).
I am all for priority training and IF something needs to be improved - we do give a priority and thus structure the training certain way...

Also, I could choose one or two exercises using the straight sets (compound exercises) in the beginning of the workout going exclusively HEAVY and than switch to some of the more advanced methods (including giant sets)...

Goal is always -IMPROVEMENT and in bodybuilding improvement measures in APPEARANCE and not so much in PERFORMANCE or STRENGTH...but doing intense training that I put guys through makes them super athletes with great performance capacities (everything from - endurance, strength, power, speed...will be increased - and that is only a "side effect" that comes along with it - AS A BONUS ;D)

Numerous other athletes could greatly benefit from this kind of training (most notably MMA fighters who's weight-training methods should be in line with my giant sets theory - but CHOICE OF EXERCISE and TYPE OF MUSCLE CONTRACTIONS with primarily difference in TEMPO should be adjusted - to benefit fighters for their demands).
Carefully designed (individual) program can do wonders to already phenomenal fighters - making them even more superior...

I can remember our last back workout before the Arnold Classic. It was split up into two different courses. How many exercises did we do Milos all up? I lost count!!  It was like 16 exercises doing giant sets for the first course and we did that 4 times over and maybe 9 or 10 exercises on the second course and again giant sets 4 times round.
