WTF did you do to get this?

I'm old, and I squat heavy (or at least used too)!

That will teach you... I never squat but so heavy. I think I just have weak legs.

Is that a buzz word like "robust".

Well, according to the dictionary it's this:

hardcore
adj 1: stubbornly resistant to change or improvement; "hard-core
            addicts" [syn: hard-core]
2: intensely loyal; "his hard-core supporters" [syn: hard-core]
     3: extremely explicit; "hard-core pornography" [syn: hard-core]

So why the hell do we say it about bodybuilding so damn much.

Sure it was worth it, I'm one of the very few who has trained as long as I have without any injuries for 29 years, I contribute this to just plain old wear and tear and a freak accident to set it off...............and what set it off you ask? I was giving my son a kiss goodnight and I hyperextended my knee on his bed frame, I heard a "pop" in my knee and said to myself "oh shit, that didn't sound right" :-\!!
