I was talking to a coworker, who I knew when he was 17-18, now he's 26, he weighed about 140 back then, never touched a weight in his life, now is 210 pounds of lard.Now this is something I hear a lot.These people seem to think that through the ages of 18- 25 or so they have put on muscle as well as their fat, and he (along with they) think that dieted down to the same BF% as when they were 17-18 they would somehow be 40 pounds heavier!!This guy thinks he'd be 180 if he lost all the fat
