Emerald Cup

Hey ladies!
Come out and support the ladies of bodybuilding and fitness/figure. The Emerald Cup is being held at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue Wa April 20th and 21st.. You can get info at www.Craigproductions.com Fitness and Figure is being judged on the 20th and bodybuilding on the 21st. I'm going over to watch my girl Tangi Johnson perform on the 20th for the Fitness and Figure competition. You won't want to miss that, she is phenomenal! I will be kicking butt on the 21st in Open Heavyweight and Masters. Tanji and I will love to have your support!

Good Luck!!!  I can't wait to see the results, one of my friends Kelly Dobbins (should be a middle-weight) will be doing the show as well.  Good luck ladies, I will be thinking of you and wishing I were there to cheer you on!!!!

Love that show, Brad and Elaine put on a great show. Wish I could be there :)
