whether or not chic competed a long time in the amateur's he deserved to be their, his physique was very balanced for a someone of his size, and during his amateur career,he faced more potential and future pro's each time he competed .he stuck it out and earned it fairly and watched some of the guy's who had beaten him dissappear.

No not really. It is so much fun from my point of view. At least I can back up my talk. What can you do? Can you juggle some apples or do some kind of funky back flip like Bruce Lee?

With your ammount of posts... you really are unemployed arent you?  ::)

Some of you here a little rude ... and that's an understatement. How many people here could actually turn Pro ... let alone compete Nationally ? Bob, I think you have MUCH to show for your career in Bodybuilding. Good luck in your future endeavors !  :)

Chick's physique really does kick ass. Great genetics. Not one of those narrow-shouldered twinks who has to work on the "illusion" by pumping oil into their delts but still looks like Joe Dirt on test. And he's successful. And... he gets to hang out with King Kamali all the time:-X What more could you want!?!  ;D

not everyone is a ronnie coleman, give bobc his dues for sticking it in for his entire life and for his love of lifting and yrs of hard work...here's a decent guy who hasnt done any crime etc..trying to put food on the table

his destiny is not to be mr olympia, but his destiny is to be a good host, spokesman of bodybuilding.com and whatever else comes his way. i wish bob c luck

Really awesome shot of Bob.

Agreed awesome shot. It’s funny that Bob seems to be doing better for himself then those who attempt in vein disparage him.
and keep moving!

I must admit, I'm not a fan of Bob's physique.  However, it's laughable to knock someone for continuing to move forward in something they love, despite not placing well all the time.  To me, that's someone with good character.  A loser quits when something doesn't go right.

Yes alexxx needs too do some cycles if he wants to compete. he cant hold muscle for shit. he has no muscle! look at some of the current female competitors they blow alexxx away!! he does beat out vince goodrum and possibly billygunz but those guys dont count!

Alexx, why dont you try any local show?
Dont say any excuse because of your being natural.
I gave some damege to local juicers in 1995 with my natural body.

All drugs.

His competition is drug free?

Look , if you guys have a problem with steroids in bodybuilding, perhaps you should take up church league softball.

alexx, this is the first time i have ever responded to your post's. why are you up this guy's ass? serious!  this guy started competing at a very young age, and has a multiplicity of shows and contest experience under his belt.
maybey his body just doesn't respond like others, maybey he is not a complete gear head, but the dude has a classic physique. despite all his failures that you claim he is on of the most recognizable figures in the sport. he is intelligent, has never been arrested, or never disgraced himself. he promotes the positive aspect of the sport. what have you done dude?
i don't know bob, and i wouldnt walk up to him if i saw him a gold's in venice, and i go there when im i the l.a. area. but your claims are baseless!!!
