Just to clear this up again i was not Wolverine, that was my sisters exboyfriend who was saying he was me, i know it sounds made up up the guy is a nut job, and i never said i was natural, and i have never takin tren.

Does anyone remember the Frank McGrath / SHOT controversy on BB.com?

It might be that someone stole pics of Frank from a little known Canadian board and posted his cycles and vast knowledge of gear for years or it may be that Frank himself was posting, became popular after winning the CBBF nats and needed to coverup what he had posted so that people didn't have proof of how much gear he took:

"4 cc of eq per day pre contest

3000-4000 mg of test every 5 days

5-7 drols per day....with 100-150 mg of dbol with it

300-400 mg of winny per day

4-5 cc of tren 100 mg/ml per day"

LMAO at the irony of SHOT exposing Wolverine.

Wasn't he exposed as a 160lb scammer who sold the same diet and training plan to thousands tiny tits, made a fortune and then ran away.
