He's at my gym alot and claims a 20 1/4" arm cold.......he never shrinks down so if he's using..........he's gonna shit his liver out right???

If he got under 10% bf his arm would be no bigger than 18"...not hatin' just sayin' he's an old silverback...he's had plenty of time to put that mass on naturally...but who knows...

Hes 5'10" was 250lbs......now cutting at 237Lbs. He looks like a druggie but swears lifetime natty..... He says he used to lift with tongan football team and the weights they use made him grow like hell when he was younger.

He's doing an hour of cardio every morning, for the past month...he says he's still got 20 lbs of fat to lose tho....down 13lbs so far.
