is to drink calorie free flavored water and zero food if you mess up the night before

25 more pounds to drop i need to be around 135

i have no pump , all we see is bodybuilders on stage PUMPED, steroids make guys look pumped all the time

Dude I know the difference....But you have seriously lost a bunch of size...It almost looks as if you have suffered from muscle atrophy there is such a big difference...

Sorry most of the time you are bragging about how complete your physique is...So now its that your just doing it for the females...You have to give us a heads up whenever you change what your goals are and whom you are building your body for LoL....
