Man Ron is huge but does not look good. Looks like he may be taking a long break from the gear, he will probally get back on in june or july for the O then start to get in shape. I would not count him out yet.

I was at the show and these pictures are really bad and do not do anyone justice. The overall winner was really good.

Exactly what I thought. Its his whole arm including forearm so maybe he just wasn't flexing.
