Thankyou guys. I will admit though those pics were taken last year. Right now im resting up and enjoying life a little!!! probably the first time in 3 years i am 10% BF!!!! :o ;)!!

This is a pic from last year at my offseason and this is as FAT as i get!!! (besides now ;))

if your 260 and soft for a few months Luke it will do you the world of good and i believe you will look much improved next time, but time your run mate and let your body rest, if ive ever seen anyone try to hard mate its you, relax get fat soft, and get some rest and then youl be able to go to another level, but can you walk around smaller and softer, dont let your ego get in the way young skywalker,

Thankyou honest and yes you are very HONEST! ;) i know i must know you from somewhere and i thankyou for your HONESTY! ;

Right now i am sitting between 270-275 depending on the time of day. I am resting and loving training!!! I am softer but i feel GREAT!!! (when i say softer i am about 10-11% BF and not my usual 7-8% offseason) I know it will bounce back!!!  I would love to be at the Olympia this year bigger than ever working with my sponsors 6 star and making a statement that next year i plan on competing in at least 5 shows including the Olympia!!! ;) Come September i plan to be 290 plus and hard and ready for next year, but of course this has to be a 3 way decision!!! I always consult with my trainer Milos and my sponsors 6 star to make sure we all agree what is best for me.
