Unfortuanatly I've always had a little since I was about 17. Not a ton but since I'm kind of fair skinned it really sticks out. Luckily six months out of the year my wife will Nair it for me every couple weeks.

I'm Irish so i have very pale skin. lucky for me all my back hair is blond like my head. i look like an Aryan youth with blond hair, blue eyes and short military style hair, i wouldn't last in prison...lol

i just have my girl use clippers with a #1 guard for my back. nair removed hair in spots so i looked like i had a skin disease. i shaved with a razor and it was tourture for a few days in this heat we have down here. every time i sweat my back would itch like crazy.

i'd like to get the lazor removal, pain doesn't bother me too much. a few Vic's i have left over from surgery should help me out. i mean it's legal right? why not get fucked up and have some hair removed that was caused by those evil AAS that made them grow!

Barefoot or my favorite pair of Red Wing Steel Toes.

I cant Squat anymore but I prefered squats and Hacks barefoot.

I deadlift in just socks and i squat in those Inzer power shoes. you would be suprised how much of a difference those shoes make in stability, regular shoes have soft soles that can move when you are squating heavy. i thought they would be a waste of cash until some of the guys at my powerlifting gym talked me into buying them. i also use them for olympic moves like cleans, snatches and standing overhead presses.

other days i wear my Nike running shoes.

I like squatting barefoot, but for other leg lifts I have a pair of really flat shoes I use that are hard as rocks on the bottom...not all that comfortable, but perfect for leg day.

I think people would freak if I started squating barefoot (I've got some ugly ass feet). I used to lift in a pair of indoor football shoes (hard almost plastic bottoms). However, since moving twice I can't find them. I've been using cross training shoes for awhile but looking for something else.

I think the best shoes i have for squatting are these shitty ass 20 dollar "sk8tr" shoes I bought from Loblaws (a grocery store in canada) one day when i'd forgoten my gym shoes at home and didnt feel like drivin all the way home. They're great because they're just so damn flat, and theres so much cushion around the foot. Love em. Yet if i walk more than 100 metres in them my feet hurt more than you could ever imagine. Guess they're only good for squatting:P:P
