We will see how thin stays as he continues to age.  Just from not training a few years the guy put on a big amount of fat.  Something about onlyme seems genunine, good, fun guy.  Something about Shawn Ray seems spiteful, hurtful, and mean-spirited.  I saw him at the Olympia Expo 06 but I didn't bother to go up to his booth.  Just get a bad feeling about the guy.  He doesn't seem like he would be very fun to be around.

Let me tell you about the age thing.  I could take off months when I was in my 30's and I would never gain more than 20 to 25 pounds pounds.  In fact before my accident the heaviest I ever was was 335.  That was after not lifting for along time.  I was real white too.  I would train and 4 weeks later was at 305 and hard again.  Now it is 100 times harder.  Right when I hit 40 is when I got bit.  I am almost certain if I got bit when I was in my 30's it wouldn't have been so bad (weigth gain).  So yea once you hit your 40's things change.  I never believed it but it does.

What does it matter Texas where he placed!! the fact is he managed to qualify 10 times for the Olympia! that itself is a feat!!! If you are judging a pro bodybuilder by his placing in the Olympia, than how do your judge the pros who have'nt or may never get a chance to compete in the Olympia even once!!!

I know this is getting off topic but in regards to what Onlyme said about out of shape guest posing. Why do promoters continue to pay these guys then when they continously come in out of shape? I know it puts people in the seats and understand you shouldn't be geared all year long but it works for some(like cutler)...I would be pissed to the gills if I paid $100+ for a ticket to a show to see an out of shap Pro look not much better than an average hardcore bodybuilder......If I was a promoter, I'd f-ing ape shit

Well my story is I told each one I wanted them in shape.  I actually hired an attorney who put together such a tight contract it was impossible for either me or the pro to get screwed.  I sent one to each pro and not one signed them.  But by this time I had already promoted who was coming and I didn't want to mislead people like Sean did at the Colorado pro by saying certain people were coming when they weren't.  In fact the only two I had promoted at the start who didn't make it was Mattarazzo and Fux.  They both got hurt on the same weekend and couldn't make it back.  I had already bought there ticket and sent them a deposit.  They were both very cool and professional and sent back everything.  Both these guys are what pros should be like.  Everyone looked great except one certain asshole.  When I asked him to get up on stage (in front of several people) said he was to fat and wasn't going up on stage.  Shit even Flex went up on stage.  I wanted all the pros in attendance to get up on stage with all the competitors.  The competitors loved it cause they got to be on stage with their idols.  It was awesome.  But I have been to the Hawaiian Island when Coleman comes in at 340 lbs or around that and just basically looks like a big fat local guy.  But it is all the time here.  Very embarassing to the IFBB and BB.  If they (IFBB) cared about their reputation then they would have something saying that a pro who guest poses must look like he competes and is a pro.
