Bro, My bros aren't into BBing really, hell either is my bro. Bros at the gym don't even seem to follow bros who bodybuild, bro I'll tell ya it's crazy... Bro out.

I don't flat bench these days bro, I have seen too many bros hurt themselves esp when a bad bro doesn't spot his bro correctly :-\ Now I have some bros on the animal pak board that can bench 700lbs without any bros spotting. :o
