I don't mind at all, I can't work on anything right now but my condition

now next off-season I will be training chest only once every 2 weeks

arms 2 times a week
legs 2 times a week
back and shoulder 1 time a week

I think it will even everything up for next year's season

Do u see better growth doing those parts 2wice? some people might class that as over-training.
i would space out legs (workout 1) 48-72hrs apart at least from legs (workout 2) (same with arms) is that what u had in mind?

week 2 the same thing exept I would do chest instead of the first rest day

PowerRod: I am about 5'10 maybe 5'11 with hair

weight is around 195-200 depending on my carbs

I think I am in the low 190's today, I have never been this lean in my life
I laughed when I checked my abs haha

And I agree I have a long way to go, butI don't care. I just do it for fun
