Author Topic: Arm measurements of getbig members (Read 7253 times)

I hit the legit 20 " mark three years ago with a bit of a pump ( 20 and 3/8 ) , but my body wt had to be up to near 250 and I am a tad over 5'9" . I would look better 20-25 lbs lighter and a ripped 19" arm.
Howard * and old fart with 20" guns but a chunky waist line as well. Oh well at least I am honest hehe

i havent worked out for awhile, but at my biggest between 19 and 20" which was like 240-250 lbs.

17 and 1/4 on the left...17 and 7/8ths on the right. I'm vying for 18.5" by the end of the year. BOTH however pumped, are right on 19". Weird I know. $:-\$ I need to bring my tris' up to take up that last inch. Pics put most of my arm mass in my bi's.

15 1/2 right 15 left cold 17+ pumped. been liftin roughly a year.

Although my arm is not pumped in this pic I think it still looks pretty full and hard at 6% Body fat.
