A 27 inch waist isn't that impressive , esp when you have 18 inch legs, 12 inch calves, 37 inch chest, 13 inch neck, 12.5 inch arms (pumped) & 10.5 inch forearms. Anyone can be "ripped" at a buck nineteen.

Another 1, 5'9-145 contest,bet your up to a monsterous 170 off season.Looks like 1 of those guys who flex's his abs in the mirror after every set, no matter what he's working. Once again anyone & everyone can be ripped at 140lbs, esp at 5'9. You boys need to eat.

There should be "maximum height" requirements put on the lower weight-classes to avoid shit like this.  No one should be allowed to get on a stage at 5'9"-145#.

It's like a lot of these guys don't work out at all, and just diet down to 5% with no muscle and step on the stage.

16 1/2 inch at my peak aged 18. only 15 inch currently. The funny thing is to people who don't lift they think my biceps are actually big. For example most pro socer players have smaller arms than me. If your not fat and have definition, a 15" arm actually looks big to most "normal" people.

exactly, i've been told my arms are "huge" by various people when they were only a little above 14"

of course i think they're tiny and i badly need to improve

yeah it's an illusion... my friend is ripped to hell and his arms measure out @ 16'' 3/4 but look 19'' all day.
