So that means he has already won the USA's, Nationals, or his country's national championship?
Because if not, this will be a case of the IFBB breaking their own sacred "rules" just because they're scared of competition from the PDI, no matter how they try to justify it.
Incidentally, if it is someone is eligible for a pro card by winning one of the afforementioned contests but never applied for an IFBB pro card and instead started competing in the PDI, why would that person need any help? Couldn't he just apply for a card? He wouldn't have broken any IFBB rules by competing in PDI, since he was never a member of the IFBB to begin with.
