Chins (3 sets till failure, 17,15,15)
BB bent Row (100x10x1 120x12x2)
T-Bar rows (135x12x3 felt good)
Wide grip pulldowns (3 sets 10 reps just to get a good stretch and finish off)
Great pump agin today, back is feeling good.
