I've been reading some of his post on how he invented the biceps curl, leg press, and his other so called machinery, and I honestly have to call bullshit especially on him spending 100,000 to build a bicep machine.  Not that it really matters, but why spend 100,000 to train one bodypart when some dumbells could pretty much do the same.


Fact is these machines he's claiming patents on have been around for decades.

Good question. Goodrum pontficates but has not paid his dues. He competes in obscure contests in low divisions and comes 2nd. He sure knows how to bag others.

If I quit working out right now, sold all my exercise equipment, never got up off the couch, and switched to a diet of ice crean, pizza and beer for two years,  there's no way I wouldn't still look 10x better than Vince.  Even without any pics of me, can anyone seriously doubt this given what Vince looks like??  Yeah, he looked good back in the 70's, but at this point he's a "safety fat" tub of shit who makes Goodrum look like Phil Heath by comparison.  Someone in his position really should choose something other that "physique comparison" if he wants to call people out.
