brutal 16 inch arms and no legs to speak of!

Around 209 13-15% BF in these pics.. And the bf is an estimate. And I did check my weight at the gym yesterday and it was 209. I'm 5'10-'11(6 foot)  ;D and 20 years old.

I wanna enter the mr getbig thing for fun..

I can't beat guys like waddy, adonis and others, no way. But I'm gonna enter for fun and to see whether I can lean out. I gotta bring up my legs.. Didn't train them for a while because of knee and lowerback problems, but now I feel fine and I'm actually squatting again.

Last time I posted pics here I around 180 lbs and around the same bf and that was more than 2 years ago. Hedge and 240 commented so maybe they can see how much I've progressed.

This was taken a few months ago.. As you can see, my legs are lagging like fuck.. I had knee problems and lower back problems, but I've healed and I'm doing deads and squats..

And my forearms do overpower my arms, but I have short arms like and there's not much I can do..  :-X

the one flaw you didnt mention is get a bigger place man,i mean it almost looks like you could wear your livingroom ;D

Awesome build, dude! Arms and forearms are awesome. Quads ain't too bad. You don't look familiar although you live 10 minutes away from me. Where do you work out? American Physique is the closest gym to you that I know of.
