lol...nah they are alright. but nothing special.
if comparing their size, to my legs size, and judging your strength by that...i would say that you squat like 185. lol...i cant squat worth shit though. but i can fill up any leg press machine, do the full stack of any quad extensions machine, and ALMOST fill up every hack squat that ive ever used.
my legs just dont do free weights. idk why
