Don't get a blackberry.  The blackberry service is basically going in the way of the dinosaur.  RIM has dropped a number of features for the phone.  Get a Treo

They will be sold out by noon the day it launches(don't remember the date). There was a big article in the USA Today about them today. Looks pretty cool. But no pre-orders and people will be waiting in line like they do for the videogame systems.

I have the blackberry pearl as well. I really like it and it's small enough to just put in your pocket. Those I-Phones look really cool though.

My business associates and patrons rave about their treos....most love their blackberries but wish they'd have gone with the treo. Either way, as long as it suits your purpose, who cares?

mmmmm, iphone! I don't mind paying the $500 but the 2 year Cingular contact sucks. I'll try the web browser in the store first and if it has the same speed as my laptop for browsing, I'll buy it contract and all. I have a t-mobile data plan and most web pages download at a snails pace. I  expected much more
