How do you guys arrange you sets so as to make the greatest strength/size gains?Personally I have been blasting 20 work sets for all bodyparts. That is to failure each.Would maybe going to failure on the last 1-2 sets/exercise give better results?

Failure prevents you from doing a movement more frequent, your CNS recovers way slower when you do multiple sets to failure.
Yes that is why I blast it only once a week now.

alexxx judging from your mr. getbig shots you have full and bountiful scrotum. What's the secret?
I don't think doing more than 5 sets per exercise beneficial (3-4 exercises per bodypart).. Of those 5 sets, the first three would be pump/warmup sets then the last 2 would be pushed to failure then use restpause or dropsets to exhaust the muscle.
Then you would also agree that walking more than 20 steps a day might over train your legs and lead to you never walking again?
I do my best every workout. I think the problem with me is that I rest way too little. On my off days I go run for miles outside or play football.Your a big guy.
