So I got into an argument with some guys at MD today because they kept saying: "You have no clue how hard getting ready for a show is.... etc..." ( you guys know the speach )
Now IMO, getting ready for a show takes a lot of dedication, self-control, you may be a little tired some days.
but is it really HARD ?
People talk about it like it is the hardest thing in the world
I feel that with a good planned diet, you can get really ripped without being tired all the time and you can keep training super hard without burning yourself out.
I started at 16 weeks out to diet this year and it is way easier than when I took 8 weeks the last time
speak on this mofos !
