My right pectoral has always been larger and stronger than my left since I had a bunch of rotator cuff problems in high school from db flyes... I have since been trying to do a bunch of unilateral work hoping it would catch up... that has done some, but it still lags behind...and just doing regular two-arm presses don't work just by concentrating more on my left side... so what should I do? Its been about 8 years since my cuff injury and its still not in balance... if you are familiar with peg-mgf, it induces new muscle sattelite cells in localized areas of administration, much like l-r-3igf-1... just without the hypo sides. I'm leaning towards that... but maybe I could get someone to chime in? And NO, its not from wacking
... I've got my wife to take care of that for me.
