You've made some great progress on your physique. When are you gonna start cutting weight? You've certainly got the mass to look good with lower bodyfat.

What is your opinion on protein consumption?

I've been cutting for the past 8 weeks and I'm 8 weeks out from my next show.

these are old pics.

I cycle my protein intake inversely to my carb intake. When carb go down, protein intake goes up as the week goes by. so calorie wise I stay the same but force myself to use more storage, then replenish.

Wrong on both counts. Never needed anything so far and have no interest. Just doing this for fun, what's the point?

Hahahaha... this was out of curiosity, following gh15 comments about multiple "last minute pharmaceuticals" used by pros and their risky travelling.

Think about why Cutler is in Vegas, other than the cheap real estate. Gives him some gound IMO.

I only compete in Cal so, wouldn't be a problem if I was
