When I see old pics of flex hitting that shot it makes my jaw drop. The man had insane shape...the likes of which we haven't seen since IMO.

The top pic (albeit not a dbl bi) shows the extreme development Flex had on his back. Charles Glass (pictured), sure knew how to get the best out of him (supposedly one of the laziest bbers). 93 I think that shot was taken, the year (if I'm not mistaken) he took the Ironman, Arnold Classic and was a favourite for the O.
