2 scopes ON "cookies and cream", 4 ice cubes, 1 banana, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 1/4 cup of soy milk..

I can buy it in a case from costco and leave at room temperature until I open one

on the supps.

I know that it is way over priced but I am really digging the Animal Pak stak2

If only I could find it at a cheap price.

also...has anyone seen any improvements from ZMA?

I still take it on the weekend, but probably won't buy any more once the bottle's done.

I weighed 207 at 5'11" yesterday on the scales at the West Rush here in Knoxville. I could see veins all over my body, striations in my quads, shoulders and tris...how about you?

If these stats are in fact true, then you have very good size. I know someone with virtually the same stats and he looks incredible.
