When the WWF came to Hawaii, I saw do a double with 495.  He was working out with another yoked dude called the secret weapon, and he was way stronger than him.  (Although the other guys upper body was bigger than Ken)

Why is it that whenever some ones lifts are mentioned theres always someone on here thats seen them do it!!  ::)

Well i was told by some clown at South Florida Boxing club that Mike Tyson benched a 500lb single,,anyone  seen this?!

can you see mike tyson setting up on a bench all psched up doing a 500lb b.p? 

mike lifts weights to look good and stay in shape. he does lots of repetitions and never goes super heavy on anything.

when he was younger he tried the odd heavy bench press, flat back, no technique, just lay back and give it a go and even then no one saw him go any higher than the 300s.

what i don't get is what stops them.
