Agreed. That would have to come from "Armento's Gym" In Detroit. I trained there twice in the summer of 1980. Real cool place. Long time ago.

Armento's, had one 45lbs plate C-clamped to each side of the Olympic bars, so no runts could ever used less than 135lbs, when using the O-bars.
