The great P/L mma/ bb/ WJH thread..........

Ive been busy for the past 2 weeks with appearances, and haven't been able to answer my emails and Pm's.


So for a treat i will be around for the next hour or so. so don't hesitate to ask any  questions pertaining to BB or MMA.

Ive done about a hundred backyard fights, and Ive been on felony fights. so yeah but these days with my skills I don't come cheap.

hey, can grappling with cousins, be a good addition to other bagwork/sparring type training?

there's no real cagefighters here but me so we have a lot of liars it seems.


Grapple with whoever or whatever you can.


The other day I was training with my camp, and I was kicking the heavy bag


 I kicked it so hard it fell to the grown.


the next thing you know I'm ground and pounding the heavy bag while my coach was giving me intructions to armbar it.


That's how quick it can happen. MMA instincts are k to be a cagefighter.
