If you are doing it just to get lean, then just crash diet mate - you'll lose a bit of muscle and lift less for a while. BFD. But you'll get lean in about 3 weeks tops

When I want to get lean / drop some weight, I just live on coffee and noodles (maybe 2- 3 packs a day) for about 2 weeks - get's you lean in no time.
You do lose a bit of muscle, size and strength but once you've gotten lean enough, you can slowly start eating more, although you must eat less that what you are eating now cause otherwise, it'll take you back to the same base bodyweight.
It'll take you 3 months overall, to catch up and less if you juice.
Try it out - it's not going to kill you or anything
