YOu cant. If you want to gain size- some fat and water must come along. Nothing wrong w/ staying that lean if you like it, but you will gain size very very very very slowly, basicly not at all.
You dont have to turn into a Pig, but a little puffy beef wont hurt a thing on you, you'll score more chicks too.

Lookin at you, I'd say: If ya wants size... 1. Stop ALL cardio. 2. Only hit the major muscle groups every 5th day at most, smaller ones up to 2xwk OCASIONALLY if no tendonitis or other issues. 3. Get the poundage UP! AIm for a 1.5 x BW bench, and closer to 2x on squat and deads. 4. Alternate intense Squats and deads each week. Not consecutive.
It's too much for your build and Nat trainer.
YOu need to Eat LOTS more and cut the energy expenditure or stay look like a Basket ball player. Nothing wrong w/ that if that's what ya like, but Im hearin you want to get bigger....enjoy
