Steroids, GH, gear.. is the ultimate weak minded pussies excuse. Because, if it's GEAR, they never have to admit they aren't good enough. These people come up with an abstract excuse that no one can exacty pin point (how much, exactly is "tons of shit"?), and that way they don't have to admit they just ain't got it.

Notice the only thing you never hear someone say is: "I'm just not good enough?""

Garraeth.... TP was spouting shit like this all the time, yet when HE came off the drugs, he shrank down to like 160 lbs (while claiming to be 220 or something), proving he was ALL DRUGS.

It is true that all 5 of those things are required to have a pro physique. It's also true that #6, massive amounts of gear, are also required or numbers 1 through 5 will produce a 200-lb guy at best (less at TP's height), not a 5'8" 300-lb mass monster.

Just some information:

On musclemayhem, Tom Prince said he was the one who gave Branch Warren the diuretics he used to dry out at the 2001 Nationals. In MD, Branch said that he was cramping in his hotel room begging the person with him to take him to the hospital. How crazy is it that Tom gave Branch (a seasoned drug abuser) enough drugs to almost kill him? Branch did not mention Tom in the MD article but those of us who read both the thread on mayhem and the article in MD put the two stories together.

Well, some peoples kidneys go thatt never touched a bottel of Dbol.
But I doubt steroid abuse didn't play major part with Tom.

The points are all accurate, but steroids do have profound effect. The guys would look A LOT DIFFERENT
WITHOUT THEM! ANyone wants to honestly argue that - never used any, or is misleading.
But pills and oils don't make champions by themself.
99.999% of the male population wouldn't make it to top Pro calibre with their own pharmacy and expert coaching and total dedication.

not olympia material ,,but he would be same quality 30-40lb bigger to beggin with if he was constantly on hormones and other products,,

all depends on his reponse to hormone and training and since he already been on them since 250lb 5'10 is usually hormonized to some degree,,more likley m1t or some simple products in tablet forms,,and he is not getting any younger....he would most likley not win pro card even if constantly hormonized these days

Most people who lift do not want to be a pro bodybuilder, myself included. If I had the genetic response to gear need to be a pro, I still wouldn't go that route. I can't imagine waking up every day and knowing I need 4 shots, 15 pills, etc, just to stay in contention. Also, knowing that drugs were the route of my existence/physique would to me, be a shitty feeling.

This is not true, drugs play such a huge role. Every high school in this country has at least a few kids off the football/wrestling/track teams that could equal many of the "pros" if given the Pharmacy, time and weights. Prince actually has shit genetics, his are sub-par as are Queen Tamale's and several other pros.

Yeah I believe in "genetics for gear". Still, not that many turn top pro calibre.
It takes Decades to build a Dorian, or Haney or Ronnie .... Its not just drugs, but it does take drugs to do that.

thats coz flex was on juice since day 1
when pppl shrink down, its down to no training not proper eating, lee enjoys his kfc.
gear will increase ur strength and recovery, it will utilize the proteins properly, strength when on gear and off:
i was doing half stacks on everythin, take a couple of dbols, and next thing ya know full stacks and shrugs with 14 plates!
ya dont turn into ronnie after one cycle it takes years on gear , and many cycles. eg one cycle should add about 10lbs on lean body muscle, and 1 " + on all measurements arms etc

but if ya take gear ya gotta eat ya protein as much as possible.

Maybe because you do have the great genetics Tom talks about. While somebody like Prince doesn't.
