Never.  People not born on American soil should never be president.  I'm sorry, that's just something that should always be.  Besides, his open admiration for dictators and dictatorships is very questionable.  He's just fine as governor.

Anyone outside of the usual politician mindset would be refreshing and maybe would be more effective. But that applies to others in the same category-if Bloomberg ran i'd take him over Arnold. Arnold would probably be in Bloomberg's cabinet, that's already been discussed.

Hard to say if that fear is still legit in the modern world, but who knows.  It is a moot point unless they pass a constitutional ammendment for him to do so.
I think Arnold would be a capable leader , but also find a few others in the political arena that would be better.
