My best friend benched 405 for 1 rep raw at 19 and he is the strongest bencher that I know of that age.
but 405 is NO WHERE near 500

and NO FUCKING WHERE neat 500 x 8 !!!

I wouldn't have believed this but I saw some dude in college, a HUGE FAT dude bench 495 for 3 at 19 w/ no problem whatsoever.

Before you Texas homers chime in, Tennessee and Texas has an OFFICIAL marketing agreement regarding the "UT" emblem that they agreed upon 35 years ago, and it simply looks at what side of the Mississippi River a company wanting to use "UT" is located on.

FWIW, Jacques McClendon is a freak of nature.  Not a FREAK OF SCIENCE like all of the I.F.B.B. pros and pro-wannabe's right now, but a true Freak of Nature.  The guy is just flat out HUGE.  You just have to see the guy in person to understand how big he is.
