Seriously though, it really goes along the same lines as all these clowns that get a few tats, wear the MMA shirts, train with their hoods up in the gym and shadow box.
My best combo I've seen is a fat black dude, sprinting on the treadmill until it almost broke, grunting during a set of 135lb pulldowns, slamming the stack and then shadow boxing into a final kick which almost hit the mirror. I almost shit myself laughing. He must have been a bouncer and a cage fighter.
