Today was leg day and I was walking home from the gym (yes in Europe we walk, not like you fat lazy americans that takes the car everywhere) and I was tired as hell and i bumped into an old friend that I haven't seen in a few years and he said "what the hell happened to you" as he could see I could barely walk and I said "I've just been at the gym" and he said "you'll kill yourself!" and I said "well I get result tho" and then I stripped my baggy pants down to my ankles and flexed my legs on the sidewalk !!!

THAT'S HARDCORE!

I think posing in the street or at the sidewalk is a great way to promote bodybuilding and a healthy lifestyle! we all gotta do our part to spread the word !!!
