My theory on that was bigger is better. I thought the bigger I got the stronger I would get, well I was dead wrong. I got up into the 420's and thought I was strong. My best bench in contest at that BW was a shady 835 pounds. My best now that I'm almost 100 pounds lighter is a solid 860 pounds. And I just missed hitting 903 pounds at a BW of 333 this past Sunday in contest.

So since losing the weight I feel alot healthier and it is nice to be able to buy pants with out having to go to a specialty store.

But yeah my theory was always bigger is better.

gotcha....I always thought that being bigger size wise meant shorter distance to move the bar....you know what I think me and a lot of people would like?...a training and lifting video....or just fucking record your workouts....I think it would be great to see what goes into a 900 lbs bench....

Then why did you used to follow wolfy around and try to get a rise out of him under your sarcasm account?  Why do you kiss up to him now?

Just curious mate.
