Have you ever gone more than a year without visible abs?
« on: July 16, 2007, 06:57:18 AM »
I haven't.

I'm puzzled why some people go over a year without visible abs, what are they thinking?

As bodybuilders, we need to stay in shape year round and be a good example to the rest of the people showing off our symmetric and defined physiques.

Whats the point in going to the gym year after year and then cover your muscles under layer of layer of fat?

Discuss.

Its all about the Iron dude.  You wouldn`t know a thing about that, since you would rather drink diet Snapple all day and listen to the CRANBERRIES.

Don't think we have Snapple in my country and I can't stand Cranberries, she's got a really annoying voice.

So they say.

Personally I think they just like to eat a lot. And they go to the gym as an excuse to be able to eat, as eating a lot IF you're going to the gym is somewhat socially accepted.

But in reality, there's no difference between say Squadfather, and your average fat ass sitting at Burger King all day.

Sure, Squadfather might be able to bench more, and have more muscle under that fat - but who can tell?

Even when I had 30 more pounds of fat I could see my abs.

All fat people seems to be obsessed with arm size. But big arms comes with fat ladies as well. Nobody is impressed by the inches of an arm unless it's dieted down and defined.

Hahahahahaha Bluto is the kind of 'guy' who hangs out at the grimiest railway station in some part of war torn East Europe and offers tourists free blowjobs to do 'his' duty to the visitors to 'his' country. Hahahahaha gayer than using pan spray oil.

Are we talking about having ripped abs, a flat waistline, or a gut? I have never gone a year with a gut, but I've definitely gone periods with a flat waist yet relatively undefined abs. If I'm not going onstage or spending time at the beach, what do I need a washboard for? I just want to look good in clothing and be healthy while I gain muscle.

never ...there really is no way clean to bulk to the point of being fat and trying to claim your muscular and not just fat, drugged is totally different a bulked unnatural has a harder look even when smoothed and mostly its water and the body composition is leaner than a natural bulker.

If your "bulk" has lasted more than 4 months tops (3 months is better), you're not "bulking", you're just a lazy fatass.
