centrilo herb
mint leaves
green peppers (those small green ones that are hot..take out the seed if ya dont want it too hot..)

blender...blend..then add yogurt
yogurt
salt

blend again

voila

<red pepper powder if ya want it super hot like i do

how many calories a cup of yogurt have?

ya eat it with really really spicy paki food to calm the spices a bit..

like chicken tikka..thats boneless pieces of chicken marinated in saffaron and cooked over open flame..kinda looks like this

with afghan nan bread..cooked in an pit dug out in the ground with a fire in it..the dough is stuck to the sides of the oven..

Thread 101, I flunked.

So what is it you can put this yoghurty sauce on again? I got the recipe,
but I missed the accessories. I need to be told a number of times.

It's your turn to do the washing up. No, I said I'll do it and...

I chopped the vegs and cleaned up after that, plus I washed your pots, before and after, you think I'm your sous-chef?

Perhaps you should patent that sauce before I either lose it or take it out and sell it?

There aren't any Pakistani restaurants out here, Junaid.

The closest thing is a Middle Eastern/Mediterranean diner that has Americanized generic food.

One of the trainers at my gym who is Egyptian raved about it and I went there and was thoroughly disappointed.

The Kabobs weren't spicy, they didn't have the same kind of bread and they didn't have the mint sauce.

They had that bland yogurt sauce..........

The food was bland and expensive.......perfect for Americans...

White people love it!

my parents even dont it it as spicey..

High end paki/afghan/indian food places suck..

Better off going to cheaper places with real clay ovens in communities with large populations.

They have this place called Akbar out in Long Island and the food is awesome.

Due to the amount of immigration from Bangladesh, etc most British towns are chock full of curry houses. Nothing complements a bellyfull of beer better than a balti and naan bread!
