Well, I'm taking ON's tribulus, between 2 and 4 capsules a day. I honestly don't know if it has had a positive impact on my physique "bodybuilding-wise," but I know for a fact that it is having an insane effect on my sex drive. I don't know what to do with myself. (OK no snide remarks please.)
How do you usually assess if tribulus is having the intended impact on your physique, regardless of how it is affecting... well... you know...
