The way that so many people on this board post negative comments on the pros, it's no wonder they ever bother posting their progress pictures at all.  It seems they just open themselves to unjustified criticism.  For me, I am very appreciative that Sami is sharing with the group. God knows he doesn't have to.  Hopefully, he can ignore all the haters on the board.

gymguy : Bro, since i joined GETBIG i learned alot, and the most lesson i learned  is how to take shit and smile :-* but over all u can get great INFO and True Criticize where it can help me to develop my weaknesses. so thank u all and i guess my fans and friends have the right to see my pics from now and then befor the show and after :)
