Honestly, I think those who go on stage and do it for nothing (which would be every bodybuilder except for 10 guys in the 'sport' now) is less of a person than those who just lift for themselves and do not need justify thier drug use and insecurites by going on stage.

It's simply a matter of understanding.  When someone has competed they know how hard it is to diet down and prepare for a contest.  Competitors are the least likely to trash someone's pics, cause they know what they went through.  That's all... but it's true, competing is harder than you think, and unless you'ved done it, it's easy to talk smack!

I go to the gym to help support my freind who i talked about in my last post i spot, load the weights for him and give him moral support his a Bouncer ,Security, bodyguard.I,m older than him by about 8 years when i was serious about training he was an anklebiter annoying always asking for advice.Now he is one of the biggest dudes i have ever seen, i was at his house when he was injecting and scared the shit out of me when he lifted his arm and injected straight into his lat like a dart board.
